The ARMA Spring 2026 Committee Meeting Series will be held from Monday, September 14 through Wednesday, September 16. These meetings will be hosted in person at the DoubleTree Washington Dulles Airport Hotel in Herndon, Virginia. NOTE: Virtual attendance will not be available.

Please see below for important schedule changes and plan your travel accordingly:

Plan to join fellow ARMA members on Monday evening for a casual ARMA Meet-Up at the hotel. Additional details will be provided soon.
The Government Affairs Committee (GAC) will meet on Tuesday afternoon from 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm.
The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Committee meeting will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday and continue through Wednesday

The registration link below will take you to the registration form for the meeting. Please indicate each session and meal function that you would like to attend. This helps ARMA plan appropriately, minimize waste, and responsibly allocate resources. Materials will be provided only to registered attendees approximately one week prior to the meeting, as well as on-site.

Rooms are available at a discounted rate for ARMA attendees until Monday, August 24, 2026 . If you are attending this meeting, please make sure to reserve your room by that date. ARMA and the DoubleTree Washington Dulles Airport Hotel do not guarantee room availability after August 24th.
